Our buildings have the following attributes

Built to Last
100mm wall thickness
150mm floor thickness
Pitched Roof with 110mm thickness
No cold joints between floor and walls (not applicable to flat pack solutions)
Enclosure and roof built from 40MPa reinforced concrete
No foundations are necessary, just a 100mm level sand and crushed stone.
Pre-fabricated relocatable building delivered as a lockable unit

As construction is undertaken in an environmentally controlled facility, the proposed time frame for delivery of a completed structure is not dictated by inclement weather, ensuring adherence to scheduled time lines.
